You will record and update customer cases, follow up as needed, and help create a friendly, positive experience in an international and multicultural environment. Fluency in French and English is required, with relocation support available if needed.

Qualificações

• Fluent in French and English.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in customer service is a plus.
• Able to learn new systems and work remotely.
