You will assist French-speaking customers, answer questions, guide through technical issues, and record cases to ensure a smooth, positive experience. Fluency in French and English is required, with good communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualificações

• Fluent in French and English, with clear communication.
• Customer-focused, friendly, and patient.
• Comfortable using computers and learning new systems.
• Experience in customer service is a plus but not required.

Responsabilidades
