CBTALENTS is seeking a French-speaking Customer Support Specialist to join a technology-related project based in Portugal. You will assist French-speaking customers, guide them through simple technical issues, and ensure they have a smooth and positive experience.

The role is remote within Portugal, with relocation support for eligible candidates. You will also support customers in French and English, record cases, and help create a friendly customer experience.

Qualificações

• Fluent in French and comfortable communicating in English.
• Friendly, patient, and customer-focused.
• Comfortable using computers and learning new systems.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Organized and attentive to detail.
• Previous customer service experience is welcome, but not mandatory.
• Sales experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsabilidades
