CBTALENTS is seeking a French-speaking Customer Support Specialist to join a technology-related service project based in Portugal. This role is remote within Portugal, with relocation support for eligible candidates.

You will assist French-speaking customers, respond to inquiries, guide them through simple technical issues, and ensure a smooth, positive experience. Fluency in French and English, plus strong communication skills, are essential.

Qualificações

• Fluent in French; comfortable with English.
• Customer service experience welcome but not required.
• Based in Portugal or eligible to relocate within the EU.

Responsabilidades
