CBTALENTS is seeking a French-speaking Customer Support Specialist to join a technology-related service project based in Portugal. The role focuses on assisting French-speaking customers, addressing questions, guiding through simple technical issues, and ensuring a smooth, positive experience.

This is a fully remote position within Portugal, with relocation support for eligible candidates. Fluency in French and comfortable English, strong communication, and problem-solving skills are key.

Qualificações

• Fluent in French and comfortable using English.
• Strong customer-focused communication and problem-solving skills.
• Organized, patient and reliable with basic computer literacy.
• Experience is welcome but not required; sales experience a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Support customers in French and English.
