FH Collective Academy is seeking a French-speaking Helpdesk Support Technician to join an international fintech support team. This remote role serves a cloud-based accounting solution for SMEs, handling Level 3 technical issues across phone, email, and chat.

The position offers fully remote work based in Porto with quarterly office attendance, a monthly gross salary of €1,306.66 plus €7/day meal allowance, private health insurance from day one, and a 12-month contract with growth opportunities.

Qualificações

• Fluent French (C1/C2) and good English (minimum B2) required.
• Proven experience in Technical Support, Helpdesk, IT Support, or Application Support.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office and ability to troubleshoot.
• Familiarity with MySQL, Slack, and Postman.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide Level 3 technical support via phone, email, and chat.
• Investigate, analyze, and resolve complex technical incidents escalated from lower support levels.
• Identify root causes for application-related issues and assist users with software troubleshooting.
• Follow established support workflows and maintain accurate customer records in internal systems.
• Identify recurring incidents and suggest process improvements.
• Collaborate with internal technical teams and participate in ongoing training sessions.
