FH Collective - Academy is seeking a French-speaking Helpdesk Support Technician for a fully remote role based in Porto, Portugal, with attendance only once per quarter. The position includes a €1,306.66 gross/month salary plus a €7/day meal allowance and attractive benefits.

You will handle Level 3 technical issues across channels, work with internal teams, and help deliver a seamless customer experience for an international fintech client. Training is provided and contracts run for 12 months.

Qualificações

• Fluent French (C1/C2) and good English (B2+) proficiency.
• Proven experience in Technical Support or Helpdesk.
• Strong MS Office knowledge.
• Familiarity with MySQL, Slack and Postman.

Responsabilidades

• Provide Level 3 technical support via phone, email and chat.
• Investigate, analyze and resolve complex technical incidents.
• Identify root causes and assist users with software troubleshooting.
• Follow established support workflows and maintain accurate customer records.
• Identify recurring incidents and suggest process improvements.
• Collaborate with internal technical teams and participate in training.
