FH Collective Academy is seeking a French-speaking Helpdesk Support Technician to join its international support team, focusing on cloud-based accounting solutions for SMEs. This remote role is based in Porto, Portugal with quarterly office attendance.

You will handle Level 3 technical issues across phone, email, and chat, troubleshoot and resolve complex incidents, and work with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Qualificações

• Fluent French (C1/C2) and good English (B2).
• Experience in Technical Support, Helpdesk, IT Support or Application Support.
• Strong MS Office knowledge.
• Familiarity with MySQL, Slack and Postman.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Proactive, customer-focused and team-oriented.

Responsabilidades

• Provide Level 3 technical support via phone, email, and chat.
• Investigate, analyze, and resolve complex incidents escalated from lower levels.
• Identify root causes and assist users with troubleshooting.
• Follow workflows and maintain accurate customer records in internal systems.
• Identify recurring incidents and suggest process improvements.
• Collaborate with internal technical teams and participate in training sessions.
