Responsabilidades

• Be the First Contact: respond to French-speaking customers via calls, emails or chat.
• Solve Everyday Technical Issues: guide customers step-by-step using provided guides.
• Keep Accurate Notes: enter concise summaries in the system for each case.
• Run Basic Checks: assist with connections, password resets, and settings checks to ensure smooth service.
• Spot Common Glitches: report recurring issues to team leads for quick resolution.
