The role includes paying attention to customer needs, performing basic troubleshooting, and documenting interactions. Training is fully paid, and local Portuguese working papers are required to sign the contract.

Qualifications

• Native or near-native French for customer interactions.
• German language or strong interest in everyday tech.
• Ability to read basic technical English.
• Excellent communication and patient listening.
• Willingness to participate in fully paid training sessions.
• Must live in or near Porto with local working papers.

Responsabilités

• Be the First Contact: Answer calls, emails, or chat from French-speaking customers.
• Resolve everyday technical issues following the company guide.
• Keep clear summaries in the system about issues and resolutions.
• Run basic checks like password resets or connection tests.
• Spot common glitches and report trends to team leads.
• Deliver great care so customers feel heard and supported.
