Qualifications

• Excellent spoken and written French (native or near-native).
• Read basic technical English to understand menu buttons and alerts.
• Strong communication and patient listening abilities.

Responsibilities

• Answer calls, emails, and chats from French-speaking customers.
• Guide customers through solutions using company materials.
• Summarize issues clearly in the system after each interaction.
• Run basic checks like password resets and setting updates.
• Identify common glitches and report trends to team leads.
