Fluency in French and English, strong problem-solving, and comfort with remote work are required.

Qualificações

• Fluent or native French (C1–C2).
• English level B1–B2.
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Remote work comfortable with digital tools.
• Experience in customer service or technical support is a plus, not mandatory.
