RDN Cons is seeking motivated French-speaking individuals for a full-time technical support role in Portugal. The position starts with office-based training in Porto, with accommodation support, then transitions to a work-from-home arrangement.

Candidates should have strong MySQL knowledge and be comfortable collaborating with English-speaking developers. No professional experience is required, making it ideal for recent graduates.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent French, both written and spoken.
• Fluent English (minimum B2 level).
• Strong MySQL knowledge – mandatory.
• Familiarity with Postman is an advantage.
• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
• No previous professional experience required, but solid MySQL knowledge is essential.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support in French to customers and English to developers via chat and voice channels.
• Troubleshoot and resolve product-related issues using MySQL.
• Investigate customer inquiries and identify effective solutions.
• Collaborate with team members and escalate complex issues to the development team when necessary.
• Act as a bridge between customers and developers, communicating technical information clearly.
• Ensure timely and professional responses to customer inquiries.
• Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and service quality.
