RDN CONS is seeking a French-speaking Customer Support specialist based in Porto for a full-time on-site role. You will handle inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing accurate information and guidance to customers.

Ideal candidates bring fluent French (C1/C2) and good English, strong communication skills, and a customer-oriented mindset. Onboarding includes initial training and ongoing support in a multicultural environment.

Qualifications

• Fluent French (C1/C2) and good command of English.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-oriented and solution-focused attitude.
• Comfortable using computers and digital tools; able to learn new systems quickly.
• Previous customer service experience is an advantage; motivated entry-level candidates welcome.
• Availability to work onsite in Porto.

Responsibilities

• Support French-speaking customers via phone, email and/or chat.
• Respond to customer questions and provide accurate information.
• Assist customers with account, service and product-related enquiries.
• Resolve issues professionally and efficiently.
• Record and manage customer interactions using internal systems.
