RDN Cons in Porto, Portugal is seeking French-speaking professionals to join an international Customer Support team. You will assist French-speaking customers via phone, email or chat, answer questions, and help with account and product inquiries.

The role welcomes motivated entry-level candidates and requires availability to work onsite in Porto, with training and ongoing support provided in a multicultural environment.

Qualificações

• Fluent French (C1/C2).
• Good command of English.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-oriented and solution-focused attitude.

• Previous customer service experience is an advantage.
