Cross Border Talents is seeking a bilingual French-speaking customer support professional in Lisbon, Portugal. You will be the voice customers hear when they need help, ensuring tone and follow-through matter as much as the answer itself.

Key duties include recognizing escalation needs, answering queries via phone/chat/email, maintaining accurate case notes, and resolving issues with quality. Working conditions are hybrid, with joining the team in a friendly European environment.

Qualificações

• Comfortable communicating in French at a professional level.
• Solid working English alongside your French.
• Eligible to work in the EU (citizenship, valid permit, or equivalent).
• Fluent French, written and spoken.

Responsabilidades

• Recognize when something needs escalating versus resolving directly
• Respond to customer questions across phone, chat, and/or email
• Keep internal systems and case notes accurate and current
• Resolve issues efficiently without cutting corners on quality
