Responsibilities include keeping internal systems and case notes accurate, responding to questions across phone, chat, and email, resolving issues promptly, and flagging recurring problems for root-cause fixes.

Qualificações

• Solid working English alongside your French.
• Comfortable communicating in French at a professional level.
• Fluent French, written and spoken.
• Some prior customer-facing experience is a plus, though not essential.

Responsabilidades

• Keep internal systems and case notes accurate and current.
• Respond to customer questions across phone, chat, and/or email.
• Resolve issues efficiently without cutting corners on quality.
• Flag recurring issues so they can be addressed at the source.
