Cross Border Talents is seeking a French-speaking Customer Support Agent to join our team in Lisbon or Braga. You will support customers across voice and digital channels, acting as a brand ambassador and elevating the customer experience throughout the lifecycle.

A proactive, empathetic communicator with native French and working English is essential. Expect a full-time schedule (40 hours/week) with rotating shifts.

Responsabilidades

• Serve customers via inbound and outbound contacts through voice or digital channels.

• Act as brand ambassador with knowledge of products and commitments; continually learn.
• Create sales and customer retention opportunities through outbound and inbound contacts.
