Cross Border Talents is seeking a French-speaking Customer Support Representative in Lisbon, Portugal. You will provide professional customer support in French via phone, email, and chat, assisting with inquiries, orders, bookings, accounts, and payments to ensure a positive customer experience.

The role requires strong communication and problem-solving abilities, a customer-oriented attitude, and good computer literacy.

Qualificações

• French at C1/C2 level with excellent written and spoken communication.
• English at B2 level or higher.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills essential.
• Customer-oriented attitude and professional approach.

Responsabilidades

• Provide professional customer support in French via phone, email and/or chat.
• Assist customers with inquiries, orders, bookings, accounts, payments and general requests.
• Identify and resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally.
• Provide accurate information and ensure a positive customer experience.
• Escalate more complex cases when necessary.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
• Meet quality, productivity and customer satisfaction targets.
