Cross Border Talents is seeking a French-speaking Customer Support Agent to assist global customers in Lisbon or Braga. You will embody the brand, elevate the customer experience, and manage inquiries across the customer lifecycle.

Responsibilities include handling inbound/outbound contacts, delivering personalized communication, and driving First Contact Resolution to foster loyalty. Relocation support is offered; 40‑hour weeks with rotating shifts in a central Lisbon location.

Qualificações

• Native level of French with some English proficiency.
• Exceptional interpersonal communication and empathy.

• Ability to analyze data and identify trends to improve workflows.

Responsabilidades

• Serve customers in inbound and outbound contacts through voice or digital platforms, identifying and responding to needs.
• Achieve high customer satisfaction through personalized, professional communication with brand tone.
• Aim for First Contact Resolution and minimize repeat calls to resolve issues.
• Act as brand ambassador with knowledge of products, sustainability services and commitments.
• Create sales and customer retention opportunities through outbound and inbound contacts.
