Responsibilities include handling inquiries via phone, chat, and email, escalating when needed, and keeping case notes accurate across internal systems. Remote and hybrid work options are available, with relocation handled directly with the employer.

Qualificações

• French language fluency at a professional level.
• Fluent French, written and spoken.
• Some prior customer-facing experience is a plus, though not essential.
• Reasonably tech-comfortable - happy learning new internal systems.
