Job summary

Fh Collective Academy in Porto, Portugal, seeks a French-speaking Helpdesk Support Technician for a remote role with quarterly office attendance. You will handle Level 3 technical issues across channels for a fintech company offering cloud-based accounting solutions.

You must be fluent in French (C1/C2) and have strong English skills, experience in technical support, and familiarity with MS Office, MySQL, Slack and Postman. Training is fully paid.

Qualifications

• Fluent French (C1/C2) and good English proficiency (B2 or higher).
• Proven experience in Technical Support, Helpdesk, IT Support, or Application Support.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office.
• Familiarity with MySQL, Slack, and Postman.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 3 technical support via phone, email, and chat.
• Investigate, analyze, and resolve complex incidents escalated from lower support levels.
• Identify root causes and assist users with software troubleshooting.
• Maintain accurate customer records in internal systems.
• Identify recurring incidents and suggest process improvements.
• Collaborate with internal teams and participate in training sessions.
