You will handle queries via phone, chat, and email, translate complex features into clear French, and collaborate with technical teams to resolve issues. A strong language ability and customer focus are essential.

Qualificações

• Fluent French (C1/C2) for client communication.
• English (B2) for team communication and software use.
• Strong analytical & troubleshooting skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide rapid assistance to business clients via phone, chat, and email regarding digital payment solutions.
• Investigate and resolve software issues, transaction holds, login problems, and routine account updates.
• Translate complex features, regulatory guidelines, and financial data into clear French.
