You will handle inbound contacts across phone, chat, and email, log details in the internal system, and escalate more complex issues to a specialist when required. Fluency in French and daily use of English are essential, with full training provided.

Qualificações

• C1 English, 1 year customer service experience.
• Fluent French communication.
• Experience with inbound support is a plus.
