Ignite in Lisbon is seeking a Payment Support Specialist to join a dynamic FinTech operation serving corporate clients in France. This on-site, full-time role places you at the heart of our enterprise account management, guiding business accounts and resolving system inquiries.

You will handle client guidance across phone, email, and live chat, troubleshoot software glitches and payment issues, and document cases in French and English.

Qualificações

• Fluent in written and spoken French (C1) with working proficiency in English (B2) for enterprise tools and internal communication.
• Strong client-focus with excellent interpersonal skills and a results-driven attitude.
• Willingness to work on-site in Lisbon and adapt to a fast-paced FinTech environment.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver prompt, professional assistance to corporate accounts via phone, email, and live chat regarding payment technology products.
• Detect and troubleshoot software glitches, payment processing errors, login credentials, and user administrative requests.
• Collaborate with level-two technical support to escalate, monitor, and resolve advanced technical problems.
• Record accurate interaction logs and case resolution summaries in French and English within the internal platform.
