Ignite Travel in Lisbon, Portugal, is seeking a Payment Support Consultant to join our on-site team in a fast-growing international campaign serving French business clients. This full-time role (40 hours) connects you with a high‑profile FinTech account and provides complete training from day one.

You will handle client engagement via phone, email, and live chat; resolve payment and system issues; and translate complex processes into clear French for customers.

Qualificações

• Fluent written and spoken French (C1+).
• B2 level English for internal apps and coordination.
• Demonstrated ability to handle corporate client inquiries.

Responsabilidades

• Provide personalized support to corporate clients via phone, email, and chat.
• Investigate and resolve technical payment issues and access requests.
• Translate complex financial/technical details into clear French for clients.
• Collaborate with senior engineers to escalate and resolve issues.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions in project databases.
