Qualificações

• C1-level fluency in written and spoken French.

Responsabilidades

• Provide prompt, accurate advice to business users via inbound calls, email, and live chat about digital transaction systems.
• Identify and troubleshoot system errors, transaction issues, login credentials, and user profile adjustments.
• Translate complex financial rules and procedures into clear French for corporate clients.
• Collaborate with tier-two technical teams to escalate and close support requests.
• Maintain logs of customer interactions and technical solutions in French and English across corporate tools.
