Job summary

TeamViewer seeks a French-speaking Inside Sales – Renewals & Upsell to manage renewals and drive expansion in a hybrid setup. You will handle relationships via phone and email, targeting retention and growth across our customer base in the EMEA region.

The role requires 1–2 years in sales or customer retention, ideally in IT/SaaS, with strong communication in French and English and an international mindset. Onsite onboarding and a supportive team environment are offered.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of sales, customer retention or customer service experience.
• IT environment and SaaS knowledge preferred.
• Strong communication skills and a positive attitude in an international team.
• Fluency in French and English is mandatory, additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Renewals and upsell to ensure ARR is retained or expanded.
• Identify opportunities and assess customer risk, coordinating mitigations.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Establish business relationships via phone and email with TeamViewer customers.
• Discover cross- and upsell opportunities within the existing base.
• Monitor market trends and provide customer feedback to improve processes and loyalty.
