Job summary

TeamViewer is seeking a proactive Retention Sales professional to grow and retain our French-speaking customer base across the EMEA region. You will drive renewals, identify at-risk accounts, and coordinate cross-functional efforts to secure ARR growth.

You will establish strong relationships via calls and emails, uncover cross-sell opportunities, and monitor market trends to enhance customer loyalty. Fluency in French and English is required.

Qualifications

• University or college degree in Business, Marketing or similar is preferred but not mandatory.
• 1–2 years of sales, customer retention or customer service experience, ideally with renewals.
• Experience in IT/SaaS environment is desirable.
• Fluent French and English required; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Execute the renewal process to ensure ARR is retained or expanded.
• Identify opportunity and customer level risk and coordinate the mitigation.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to provide exceptional customer experiences.
• Establish business relationships with TeamViewer customers via telephone and email.
• Discover cross and up-sell opportunities with the existing customer base.
• Monitor and report on market and competitor trends, providing feedback to improve processes.
