Job summary

TeamViewer is seeking a sales-focused Renewal Specialist to join the Retention Team-EMEA in the German-speaking region. You will manage renewals, identify risks, and collaborate cross-functionally to retain ARR and strengthen customer loyalty.

Requirements include 1–2 years in sales or customer retention, fluency in German and English, and a customer-centric mindset in an international team. Onsite onboarding and hybrid work accompany a competitive package.

Qualifications

• University or college degree in Business, Marketing, or similar is great, but not a dealbreaker.
• 1-2 years of experience in sales, customer retention or customer service, ideally focused on renewals.
• Ideally experience in the IT environment with SaaS knowledge.
• Strong communication skills, positive attitude and enjoy working in an international team.
• Customer-centric and results-oriented approach with a willingness to go the extra mile.
• Fluency in German and English is mandatory; other languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Execute the renewal process to ensure ARR is retained or expanded.
• Identify opportunity and customer level risk and coordinate the mitigation.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to provide exceptional customer experiences, building trust and credibility both internally and externally.
• Establish business relationships with TeamViewer customers via telephone and e-mail.
• Discover cross and up-sell opportunities with the existing customer base.
• Monitor and report on market and competitor trends, providing relevant feedback from the customers to improve internal processes and customer loyalty.
