Job summary

TeamViewer is seeking an Inside Sales Specialist for Porto, operating in a hybrid model to manage French-speaking renewals. You will strengthen customer relationships, drive renewal rates, and identify cross-sell opportunities while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

The role requires 1–2 years in sales or renewals, plus fluency in French and English, and ideally SaaS IT experience. It’s a great chance to contribute to ARR retention and expansion within an international environment.

Qualifications

• University or college degree in Business or Marketing is preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience in sales, customer retention or customer service, ideally with renewals.
• Experience in the IT environment with SaaS knowledge is preferred.
• Strong communication skills, positive attitude and enjoy working in an international team.
• Customer-centric and results-oriented approach, willing to go the extra mile.
• Fluency in French and English is mandatory; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Renewals execution to retain or expand ARR.
• Identify opportunity and customer level risk and coordinate mitigation.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Establish business relationships with TeamViewer customers via phone and email.
• Discover cross- and upsell opportunities with the existing customer base.
• Monitor market and competitor trends and provide relevant feedback.
