CloserHire is recruiting a French-speaking Customer Support Advisor in Lisbon to assist users of in-vehicle navigation and multimedia systems. You will be the first point of contact via phone and email, with a 15-day remote training and a path to join the Lisbon office when required.

The role offers a full-time contract, a 40-hour week on a rotating schedule, health insurance from day one, a meal allowance, relocation support, and access to modern office facilities in central Lisbon.

Qualificações

• Fluent in French (spoken and written) with basic English.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable with customer interaction via phone and email.
• Basic technical aptitude and ability to learn new software systems (Salesforce).
• Collaborative mindset in a structured, performance-driven environment.
• Willingness to work 40 hours per week on rotating schedule (07:00-18:00).
• Previous customer service experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Handle customer inquiries via phone and email regarding navigation systems.
• Provide technical support and respond to service requests with empathy.
• Log customer issues in Salesforce for efficient internal communication.
• Participate in a 15-day remote-to-start training program.
• Maintain high service quality and adhere to performance standards.
• Work from home initially with transition to Lisbon office as needed.
