CloserHire in Lisbon is seeking a customer-focused professional to manage end-to-end customer cases in a fast-paced environment. The role is full-time in Lisbon, offering 1100€ x 14 annual gross and rotating shifts. You will support connected vehicle services, maintain records, and ensure SLA targets are met.

Fluency in French and good English are required. Arriving in Portugal, you will join an international team, with onboarding and training provided.

Qualificações

• Previous experience in back office, customer service or technical support is an advantage.
• Customer-focused and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Good computer literacy and ability to navigate different systems.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• English B2 or above for training, systems and internal communication.
• Native/C2 French

Responsabilidades

• Day to day you will be manage customer cases from initial request through to resolution.
• Process back-office requests accurately and efficiently.
• Support customers with connected vehicle services and related enquiries.
• Update internal systems and maintain accurate case records.
• Troubleshoot and coordinate solutions to customer requests.
• Meet established quality and SLA standards.
