CloserHire is helping place a customer support professional in Lisbon to handle inquiries about navigation systems and provide technical assistance. You’ll use Salesforce to track issues and participate in an initial remote training period before transitioning to the Lisbon office.

Qualificações

• Experience in customer service is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Excellent written and spoken English with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable interacting with customers via phone and email.
• Willingness to learn new software systems (e.g., Salesforce).
• Collaborative mindset and ability to thrive in a structured, performance-driven environment.
• Flexibility to work 40 hours per week on a rotating schedule.

Responsabilidades

• Handle customer inquiries via phone and email regarding navigation systems (e.g., R-Link, TomTom Live Carminat, Medianav).
• Provide technical support and respond to service requests and complaints with accuracy and empathy.
• Log customer issues in Salesforce to ensure efficient internal communication, especially for fault diagnostics.
• Participate in a 15‑day training program covering tools, products, and communication techniques (remote to start).
• Maintain high service quality and adhere to internal performance standards.
