CloserHire is partnering with a leading international customer experience provider to recruit French-speaking Connected Services Support Specialists for an automotive project in Lisbon, Portugal. You’ll manage customer requests from start to finish, handling back-office tasks and connected vehicle services to ensure a high-quality experience.

Qualificações

• Native/C2 French required.
• English B2 or higher for training and internal communication.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Good computer literacy and ability to navigate different systems.
• Customer-focused and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in back-office, customer service or technical support is an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Manage customer cases from initial request through to resolution.
• Process back-office requests accurately and efficiently.
• Support customers with connected vehicle services and related enquiries.
• Update internal systems and maintain accurate case records.
• Troubleshoot and coordinate solutions to customer requests.
• Meet established quality and SLA standards.
