Job summary

Freedom Recruitment is partnering with a premier global BPO to hire a French-speaking Technical Support Representative in Porto. This entry-level role offers on-site training, a 40-hour Monday–Friday week, and a chance to grow into senior technical support or QA paths within a multinational fintech environment.

You’ll use MySQL and English/French to assist customers and developers, with company-provided accommodation during the initial two weeks of in-office training and a comprehensive benefits

Qualifications

• Fluent French (native or near-native) with strong English (B2+).
• Solid MySQL knowledge; Postman experience a bonus.
• Diploma or higher; no prior work experience required.

Responsibilities

• Provide tech support in French (customers) and English (developers) via chat and voice.
• Troubleshoot FinTech product issues using MySQL.
• Bridge users and development teams with clear technical translations.
• Escalate complex edge cases to engineering while owning issues.
• Deliver fast, empathetic solutions to maintain high customer satisfaction.
