Job summary

CloserHire is onboarding a Technical Support Representative to join a FinTech platform team in Porto, Portugal. You will provide technical support in French for customers and English for developers, and troubleshoot issues using MySQL.

The role includes a two-week training in Porto with accommodation provided and an on-site 40-hour work week. You'll collaborate across teams, communicate clearly with customers and developers, and rotate shifts from 07:00 to 19:00.

Qualifications

• Native / fluent in French (verbal and written).
• Fluent in English (minimum B2).
• Strong understanding of MySQL.
• Knowledge of Postman is an advantage.
• Available to work in shift rotation – Monday to Friday, 07:00–19:00.
• High school degree or equivalent (or higher).
• No prior work experience required, but solid MySQL knowledge is essential.
• Knack for technology and providing outstanding customer support.
• Attendance to 2 weeks of office-based training in Porto with accommodation provided.

Responsibilities
