Besthire is seeking a Customer Support Specialist for a Fintech account, based in Lisbon, Portugal. The role offers remote work with relocation support for suitable candidates and comprehensive training. Start date is soon after onboarding, with on-site training before full remote work.

You will reply to customer inquiries in French and English, document cases accurately, and escalate issues when needed. No prior experience is essential as full training is provided, along with clear career

Qualificações

• Fluent French required; strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Prior customer service experience is a plus but not required.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced fintech environment.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to customer inquiries via multiple channels with accuracy and politeness.
• Document each case clearly in the CRM and track status.
• Flag any unusual issues to a supervisor for escalation.
• Participate in onboarding and ongoing training to improve service quality.
