Work model: On-Site. You will handle inbound contacts via phone, chat, and email, log details in the internal system, and escalate complex issues to a specialist. Training and career development are provided.

Qualificações

• Fluent in French; comfortable using English daily.
• 1 year customer service experience.
• Willing to complete training and onboarding.
