Armatis-lc in Porto seeks a fluent French-speaking Customer Service Advisor. You will work in a modern Porto office with easy access near Trindade metro and may transition to remote work after 3–4 months based on performance.

As a French-Speaking Customer Service Advisor, you will make and receive calls, handle back-office requests, advise customers, identify needs, resolve objections, and support the customer journey.

Qualifikationen

• Excellent command of French, both written and spoken (C1/C2)
• Good theoretical and practical computer skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong customer service mindset and results-oriented approach
• Proactive attitude and ability to suggest effective solutions
• Previous experience in customer service, call centre, or advisory roles is an advantage
