Job summary

Armatis-lc in Porto is seeking energetic French-speaking customer service professionals to join a fast-growing energy-sector project. You will handle calls, support customers, and use various IT tools to resolve inquiries.

The role starts office-based with potential remote work after 3–4 months, and offers training, a competitive salary, and opportunities for career progression. Ideal candidates have C1/C2 French, strong communication skills, and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• Excellent command of French, both written and spoken (C1/C2).
• Strong theoretical and practical computer skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Customer service mindset with a results-oriented approach.
• Proactive attitude and ability to propose effective solutions.
• Experience in Customer Service, Support, Call Centre or advisory roles is advantageous.
• Availability to work variable and rotating schedules.
• Full-time position: 40 hours per week, 8 hours per day.

Responsibilities

• Making and receiving calls to assist customers with enquiries.
• Handling customer requests through back-office channels.
• Advising and supporting customers throughout their experience.
• Identifying customer needs and offering appropriate solutions.
• Handling objections and complaints professionally.
