Armatis is hiring a French-speaking Customer Service Advisor to join our Guimarães team. You will handle calls, support customers, and process back-office requests, delivering a high-quality service in a fast-growing energy project.

The role starts in office-based training for 3-4 months, with potential remote work later, full-time 40 hours per week. Fluency in French (C1/C2) and strong computer skills are required.

Qualifications

• Excellent command of French, written and spoken (C1/C2) is mandatory.
• Full-time position: 40 hours per week, 8 hours per day.
• Residence in Portugal required; no relocation assistance is provided.
• Experience in Customer Service, Call Centre or advisory roles is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Make and receive calls to assist customers with enquiries.
• Handle customer requests through back-office channels.
• Advise and support customers throughout their experience.
• Identify customer needs and offer appropriate solutions.
• Handle objections and complaints professionally.
• Perform sales-related tasks as required by the project.
• Ensure a high-quality customer service experience.
• Use IT applications, systems and digital tools.
