Job summary

Armatis-lc is hiring a French-speaking Customer Service Advisor for its Guimarães office. The role involves handling inquiries, guiding customers, and performing sales-related tasks within a dynamic, multilingual team.

Initial office-based training lasts a few months, with potential remote work thereafter based on performance. Excellent French skills (C1/C2) and strong computer abilities are required, with full-time hours (40 per week).

Qualifications

• Excellent command of French, C1 or C2 level is mandatory
• Good theoretical and practical computer skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong customer service mindset and results-oriented approach
• Proactive attitude and ability to suggest effective solutions
• Availability to work variable and rotating schedules
• Availability for a full-time position: 40 hours per week, 8 hours per day

Responsibilities

• Making and receiving calls to assist customers with their enquiries
• Handling customer requests through back-office channels
• Advising and supporting customers throughout their experience
• Identifying customer needs and offering appropriate solutions
• Handling objections and complaints professionally
• Performing sales-related tasks according to the project’s requirements
