CBTalents in Porto is seeking a French-speaking Customer Service Advisor to join our dynamic team. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, assist customers, and support the sales process from a central office location.

The role offers initial office-based work with the opportunity to shift to remote work after 3 to 4 months, subject to meeting performance targets. A strong French command and good IT skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Excellent command of French, both written and spoken (C1 or C2 level is mandatory).
• Good theoretical and practical computer skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• A strong customer service mindset and a results-oriented approach.
• A proactive attitude and the ability to suggest effective solutions.
• Previous experience in Customer Service or related roles is an advantage.
• Availability to work variable and rotating schedules.
• Availability for a full-time position: 40 hours per week, 8 hours per day.
