Job summary

Qualifications

• Excellent command of French, both written and spoken: C1 or C2 level is mandatory.
• Good theoretical and practical computer skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong customer service mindset and results-oriented approach.
• Proactive attitude and ability to suggest effective solutions.
• Previous experience in Customer Service, Customer Support, Call Centre, sales, customer care or advisory roles is considered an advantage.
• Availability to work variable and rotating schedules.
• Availability for a full-time position: 40 hours per week, 8 hours per day.
