Job summary

Armatis-lc in Porto is seeking a French-speaking Customer Service Advisor to join a fast-growing energy project. You will handle calls, assist customers, and support their journey, with initial office-based onboarding and potential remote work after 3–4 months based on performance.

Requirements include top-level French (C1/C2), strong computer skills, and a customer-focused, sales-minded approach. Full-time position (40 hours/week) in Porto with a modern, collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Excellent command of French, both written and spoken: C1 or C2 level mandatory
• Good theoretical and practical computer skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong customer service mindset and results-oriented approach
• Proactive attitude and ability to suggest effective solutions
• Availability to work variable and rotating schedules
• Availability for a full-time position: 40 hours per week, 8 hours per day

Responsibilities

• Making and receiving calls to assist customers with their enquiries
• Handling customer requests through back-office channels
• Advising and supporting customers throughout their experience
• Identifying customer needs and offering appropriate solutions
• Handling objections and complaints professionally
• Performing sales-related tasks according to the project’s requirements

• Using different IT applications, systems and digital tools
