Recruityard is hiring a French-speaking Customer Support Specialist for a fully remote role in Portugal. You will assist French-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat, while resolving billing and subscription inquiries and guiding users through telecom services.

The position combines customer care with a clear sales focus; after each resolved enquiry, you will present a relevant service and pursue cross-selling opportunities.

Formación

• French and English at C1/C2 level.

French-Speaking Customer Support Specialist - Remote in Portugal

Speak French and English fluently, have at least one year of call centre experience, and feel confident selling? Join an international team supporting customers in the telecommunications sector, working remotely from Portugal.

This role combines customer support with a strong sales focus. After resolving each customer enquiry, you’ll be expected to deliver a sales pitch and actively try to sell an additional service, tailoring your recommendation to the customer’s needs.

What You’ll Do

• Support French-speaking customers by phone, email and chat;
• Resolve enquiries about accounts, billing, subscriptions and telecommunications services;

What You’ll Bring

• The ability to balance customer care with commercial objectives;
• Availability to work remotely from Portugal on rotating shifts.

Previous experience in telesales, cross-selling or upselling is an advantage.

Salary and Allowances

Monthly amount

• Base salary €920
• French and English language allowance €250
• Performance bonus Up to €360
• Attendance allowance €110
• Flex work allowance €60
• Meal allowance €10.20 per working day

Potential monthly package: approximately €1,914, including the maximum performance bonus, all listed allowances and meal allowance for 21 working days. The total varies according to performance, allowance eligibility and days worked.
