Qualificações

• Fluent French (C1/C2) with native accent required.
• Residence in mainland Portugal is mandatory.
• European passport is a requirement.
• Residence in Portugal – mainland only.
• European passport – no sponsorship or visa support.
• Customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.

Are you a fluent French speaker looking for an international opportunity? We are hiring French Customer Service Representatives to join a diverse team supporting a global client. This role offers the chance to work in a dynamic, multicultural environment while enhancing your customer service skills.

Important: This position is remote within mainland Portugal, excluding the islands. You can work comfortably from home, but only if you reside in Portugal – working from abroad is not allowed.
