Qualificações

• Fluent French required (C1/C2)
• Good command of English
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-oriented and solution-focused attitude
• Comfortable using computers and digital tools
• Ability to learn new systems quickly
• Previous customer service experience is advantageous
• Motivated entry-level candidates welcome
• Availability to work onsite in Braga
