Lingo-nova in Porto, Portugal is hiring a Customer Support Specialist to join our on-site team. You will handle inquiries via phone, chat, and email in French (C2) and English (B2+), with rotating shifts Monday to Saturday 07:00–19:00.

This role offers a base salary of €930 gross paid over 14 months, a guaranteed €100 bonus for three months, a daily meal allowance of €9, and travel reimbursement up to €40. Modern offices and an international team await.

Qualificações

• Fluent in French (native or C2) and English (B2+).
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and digital support environments.

Responsabilidades

• Handle inquiries via phone, chat, and email in Slovenian.
• Assist with account-related requests, product guidance, order status, and basic device troubleshooting.
• Document interactions in English in CRM systems.
• Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or escalate when needed.
• Stay updated on product updates, campaigns, and support processes.
